AIT breaks the shackles of a routine CBT
and makes it an engaging and effective learning tool. We carefully
choose the appropriate learning strategies, instructional
designs, interactive elements, and media. We emphasize methodologies
that allow full user control, provide constant feedback, and
exhibit consistency in design to reinforce learning.
The methodology used is a healthy mix of
cognitivism and constructivism. This allows our CBTs to address
the needs of beginners, and intermediate and advanced learners.
We use assessments at a specified frequency to help learners
to gauge their learning and add cognitive aspects to the feedback.

topics, ranging from complex technology skills to management
and soft skills. We employ all the elements of instructional
design and leverage the advantages provided by the Web to
provide interactive learning.

We have proven our expertise in the development
and deployment of all aspects of ILT products. Our ILT products
and services include the design and development of ILT textbooks
and coordinator guides. We design and develop ILT textbooks
specific to student psychograph. Through coordinator guides,
we provide teaching methodologies and tips, additional content,
and other instructional tools such as assessment strategies,
PowerPoint slides, and laboratory exercises. Our ILT products
assist instructors in effective and consistent lesson delivery
across the campus.
